Homey H600 High-Temp Silicone Sealant is a one part, neutral cure,high quality, which withstands very high temperatures: up to +315ºC during permanent work and up to +365ºC for temporary contact. It has excellent adhesion properties to most building materials including and engine applications: Gasket marker,glass and glazedsurfaces, ceramics, enamel, impregnated and painted wood.

1. Cleaning up the surface with the cotton fabric, guarantees the surface not to have the dust, the greasy dirt, the rusty stain and so on.
2. In order to obtain good outward appearance, paste the temporary protection adhesive tape , near the place to be pasted after clean the surface, pull out after paste glue.
3. Pierce the seal with the cap, cover the mouth, cut bevelthe tube mouth.
4. Spread the sealant evenly on the place which need to be sealed or bonded. The operation should be continuously, guarantee the sealant continuously squeezeout at cylinder shape, move the glue mouth evenly and slowly, prevent the form of bubble or hole is move too fast.
5. The sealant form shape at approximately 10 minutes, whenassembly maintains the gasket thickness. 6.Curing at normal temperature 24 hours

Clean all grease, dirty, water, klunky sealant from surface,accessories and protective coatings and any pollutant left inside joints and sunken parts. For best results wipe all surfaces with Homey cleaner, methylated spirits or acetone, use a lint free cloth, then wipe again with a dry lintfree cloth. Detergent or soap water treatments are not recommended.

Incompatibility of glazing materials can lead to sealant discoloration and/or loss of adhesion. To help protect against these problems and to ensure compatibility, HOMEY will also test and provide information on the compatibility of accessory materials (gaskets, spacers, etc.)and other HOMEY Silicone Sealants.

• This product is not recommended for use in pure oxygen and/or oxygen rich systems and should not be selected as a sealant for chlorine or other strong oxidizing materials.  
• Material removed from containers may be contaminated during use.  
• Do not return product to the original container.

Uncured silicone can irritate eyes and skin. If contact is made with eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Use in well ventilated area and keep out of reach for children.
